Adam is Managing Director of Okeland Communities, where he leads group management, strategy and finance.

A Chartered Accountant with experience across property, finance and investment, Adam has built his career around disciplined commercial management and residential development.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and an MBA from Melbourne Business School. He is also Treasurer of UDIA WA.

Cameron is Executive Director of Okeland Communities, where he oversees project operations, acquisitions and business development.

His experience spans the full development lifecycle, from site selection and strategy through to delivery and market positioning.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Property from Curtin University. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Paul is founder and Executive Director of Tempo Advisory, where he advises on property, governance, partnerships and commercial strategy.

A property executive, strategic adviser and board director, Paul has more than 30 years' experience across property development, housing, infrastructure and construction. He is a Commissioner of the Western Australian Planning Commission and Chair of Foundation Housing.

He holds an Honours degree in Civil Engineering, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Project Management.
